Προσκαλούμε τους δυνητικούς δικαιούχους – ενδιαφερόμενους για την υποβολή των Προτάσεών τους στην Ενότητα 2 του PRIMA, στο πλαίσιο υλοποίησης του Ετήσιου Προγράμματος Εργασίας 2026.

Η δημόσια δαπάνη που θα διατεθεί για τη χρηματοδότηση Προτάσεων στο πλαίσιο της ανωτέρω Πρόσκλησης, ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 1.750.000,00 € και για τις 3 θεματικές περιοχές και συγκεκριμένα Διαχείριση Υδάτινων Πόρων, Αλυσίδες Αξίας Γεωργικών Προϊόντων Διατροφής και Γεωργικά Συστήματα.

H αιτούμενη δημόσια χρηματοδότηση ανά έργο διεθνούς συνεργασίας δεν θα πρέπει υπερβαίνει:

α) το ποσό των 200.000€ για κάθε Έλληνα φορέα που συμμετέχει στο διακρατικό συνεργατικό έργο. Το ποσό αυτό μπορεί να αυξηθεί μέχρι το ποσό των 250.000€ για τον Έλληνα εταίρο που είναι συντονιστής και

β) το ποσό των 400.000€ για το σύνολο των ελληνικών φορέων που συμμετέχουν στο διακρατικό συνεργατικό έργο. Το ποσό αυτό μπορεί να αυξηθεί μέχρι το ποσό των 450.000€ στην περίπτωση που Έλληνας εταίρος είναι  συντονιστής.

Η διάρκεια υλοποίησης των έργων καθορίζεται από τα αναφερόμενα στο Ετήσιο Πρόγραμμα Εργασίας 2026 του PRIMA.

Επισημαίνεται ότι παράλληλα με την υποβολή των προτάσεων στο PRIMA, στοιχεία για την πρόταση υποβάλλονται σε κάθε στάδιο και στη ΓΓΕΚ. Η υποβολή πραγματοποιείται εντός 10 εργάσιμων ημερών από την καταληκτική ημερομηνία της υποβολής των Προτάσεων στο PRIMA ως εξής:

Στην περίπτωση που στον υπολογισμό των 10 εργάσιμων ημερών παρεμβληθεί αργία, η ημέρα λήξης υποβολής στοιχείων μετατοπίζεται ανάλογα.

Για την ορθή σύνταξη των Προτάσεων οι ενδιαφερόμενοι θα πρέπει να συμβουλευθούν

• τον Οδηγό Εφαρμογής της Δράσης (ΑΔΑ: 6ΣΣΔ46ΜΤΛΡ-Γ6Θ) στον οποίο περιγράφονται αναλυτικά, οι διαδικασίες υποβολής και έγκρισης σε εθνικό επίπεδο, οι επιλέξιμες δαπάνες, το χρηματοδοτικό σχήμα και οι λοιποί όροι της Δράσης
• το Ετήσιο Πρόγραμμα Εργασίας του PRIMA για το έτος 2026 και ειδικότερα όσα αναφέρονται στην Ενότητα 2
• την Πρόσκληση του PRIMA
• τα απαραίτητα έγγραφα του PRIMA για την υποβολή Προτάσεων (πρότυπα, οδηγοί):
• την ενημερωτική ημερίδα του PRIMA και τις σχετικές παρουσιάσεις

Παράλληλα με την Πρόσκληση της Ενότητας 2, έχει ξεκινήσει και η υποβολή Προτάσεων για τη συμμετοχή των ελληνικών φορέων στην Πρόσκληση της Ενότητας 1 του Ετήσιου Προγράμματος Εργασίας 2026 του PRIMA.

Each project application under the call must address only one of these topics/priorities:

1. CERV-2026-CITIZENS-CIV-ENGAGEMENT-ELECTIONS: Priority 1. Supporting free, fair and inclusive electoral processes (focusing on information about elections and electoral rights, especially for mobile EU citizens, in full respect of Member States’ competences in organising elections).

2. CERV-2026-CITIZENS-CIV-ENGAGEMENT-BEYOND-ELECTIONS: Priority 2. Promoting citizens’ active engagement and democratic participation in public policymaking, beyond elections, as well as broader civic engagement.

3. CERV-2026-CITIZENS-CIV-ENGAGEMENT-DISINFOFIMI: Priority 3. Countering the spread of disinformation and foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI) in the democratic debate and processes.

Other conditions:

The lead applicant (i.e. Coordinator) cannot submit more than one application under this call for proposals, across all priorities/topics. In case of multiple proposals submitted by the same lead applicant, all the proposals will be rejected and will not be evaluated further.

Proposals must be submitted under one of the following two categories:

1. Global Category, which supports international, transdisciplinary research networks addressing major risks and challenges related to risks to People Health and Human Well-Being, to Societies, and/or to the Planet.

2.Health in France Category, which exclusively supports research projects hosted by French academic institutions or public research organizations, focusing on risks to human health and well-being in France and in a broader international context.

Host Institutions may submit only one candidate per category:

·If several Expressions of Interest are submitted from a single institution under the same category, all applications from that institution in that category will be disqualified.

This is a call for proposals for EU action grants in the field of gender equality under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Value Programme (CERV).

Objectives:

Supporting, advancing and implementing comprehensive policies to promote women’s full enjoyment of rights, gender equality, including work-life balance, equal pay between women and men, women’s empowerment and gender mainstreaming.

The call covers the following topics:

1. CERV-2026-GE-WORK-LIFE Supporting work-life balance, equal share of care responsibilities, family-friendly policies among employers and the value of care sector jobs.
2. CERV-2026-GE-PAY-TRANSP-DIR Promoting and supporting the implementation of the provisions of the Pay Transparency Directive and respect of equal pay for equal work and work of equal value.
3. CERV-2026-GE-EQUAL-PART-REP Supporting equal participation and representation of women and men in economic and political decision-making.
4. CERV-2026-GE-GENDER-STEREO Tackling gender stereotypes in media and advertising.

This is a call for proposals for EU action grants under the Culture strand of the Creative Europe Programme.

European Cooperation Projects are transnational projects involving organisations in the cultural and creative sectors from different countries taking part in the programme. They give cultural organisations of all sizes, including micro-organisations and small-sized organisations, the possibility to co-produce, cooperate, experiment, innovate, be mobile and learn from each other. The action aims to improve access to European culture and creative works and to promote innovation and creativity. Projects can cover one or more cultural and creative sectors and can be interdisciplinary.

Support will be given to projects addressing one of the following objectives: Objective 1 - Transnational creation and circulation: to strengthen the transnational creation and circulation of European works and artists. Objective 2 – Innovation: to enhance the capacity of European cultural and creative sectors to nurture talents, to innovate, to prosper and to generate jobs and growth.

TASC-RestoreMed is an initiative under EU Mission Ocean, “Restore our Ocean and Waters by 2030”. The initiative seeks to catalyse the shift towards a sustainable blue economy in the Mediterranean basin, fostering long term environmental and economic resilience.

The TASC-RestoreMed project invites stakeholders to co-develop, demonstrate and replicate innovative solutions that restore and sustainably manage seas and waters, in alignment with the abovementioned EU Mission “Restore our Ocean and Waters.”

This Open Call presents two distinct types, each targeting a different stage of the transformative change required by the Mission:

• Type A: Community-Led Actions (CLA): projects driving the scale-up and deployment of existing research and innovations solutions in the Mediterranean basin. Total funding: €7 million. The ambition is to move solutions beyond the piloting stage (TRL 5) to become functional and replicable prototypes in an operational environment (targeting TRL 6-7 or higher).
• Type B: Transition Agenda Development (TAD): projects dedicated to creating strategic regional and local Agendas and Governance Roadmaps for the Mediterranean basin that will pave the way for a future deployment of solutions. Total funding: €1 million

Multiple submissions:

Call Type Restriction: Organisations must restrict their applications to only one type of call (either Type A: CLA OR Type B: TAD). Dual applications across both types remain ineligible and will result in exclusion.

Organisational Participation: An organisation may be involved in multiple proposals (as a lead or a partner) within the same Open Call Type.

Selection Limit: An organisation can be granted funding only once as a beneficiary.

Selection Logic: If multiple projects involving the same organisation are shortlisted for funding, only the proposal with the highest overall score will be selected for the contracting phase. All other lower-scoring proposals from that same organisation will be rejected to ensure a fair distribution of resources.

Project results are expected to contribute to all of the following expected outcomes:

• Climate data are improved both spatially and temporally, physically more consistent and better exploited across a wide range of users, stakeholders and regions;
• The EU climate data sovereignty is strengthened, with enhanced EU contribution to climate monitoring and climate change assessments;
• Climate information distillation is facilitated by innovative methods to provide useful information to policy making in a more efficient way.

• HORIZON-CL5-2026-07-D1-02: Advancing European climate risk assessments

Project results are expected to contribute to all of the following outcomes:

• The implementation of the European Adaptation Strategy, European Climate Adaptation Plan, EU Mission on Adaptation to Climate Change (along with other Green Deal Missions), Preparedness Union Strategy, and national adaptation efforts are informed with the latest scientific evidence and enhanced through tailored decision-support tools.
• Knowledge gaps identified in the EU Climate Risk Assessments (EUCRA) and latest IPCC assessments are narrowed, including system specific, region specific and cross-cutting gaps, so that the future EUCRAs benefit from a significant reduction of current risk assessment limitations and useful knowledge is available for various policymaking contexts.

• HORIZON-CL5-2026-07-D1-03: Economics of climate change and cost of inaction

Project results are expected to contribute to some of the following expected outcomes:

·         A more robust understanding of the costs of climate inaction and their distribution, accounting for climate change impacts, foregone co-benefits such as health and biodiversity related, and increased adaptation needs, stimulating higher levels of climate ambition.

·         Greater consistency in how socio-economic and physical science disciplines address climate change with enhanced inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration leading to improved, more realistic and more context-specific, regionally differentiated assessments of socio-economic impacts of climate change, and tailored tools to better inform strategic decisions on climate action, security and resilience by public and private actors.

·         Knowledge on the interactions between climate change impacts, climate action and global and regional economic performance is advanced. More clarity is gained on the implications of climate change and climate policies on European competitiveness, economic security and strategic autonomy, with enhanced assessment of opportunities, risks, benefits and costs for the EU economy and citizens.

·         Best available evidence and policy recommendations are made available in a timely manner and effectively transferred to inform the Paris Agreement, European Climate Risk Assessments (EUCRA), the European Climate Adaptation Plan, the Preparedness Union Strategy, the Clean Industrial Deal, IPCC, IPBES and other initiative.

• HORIZON-CL5-2026-07-D1-04: Fighting disinformation and effectively communicating on climate change

Project results are expected to contribute to all of the following expected outcomes:

·         Advanced knowledge and understanding on the dynamics of disinformation affecting climate policy and climate policy backlash from a communication perspective;

·         Tools and products are developed for public authorities, media and civil society to detect and combat the influence and spread of climate change-related disinformation at scale;

·         Tailored, innovative and effective communication techniques, tools and materials are developed, tested and disseminated, to better communicate with and engage citizens on climate change, climate action and climate policies;

·         Acceptance of climate action is increased, democratic processes and societal resilience are strengthened and sustained behavioural change is progressed, through higher trust in climate science and improved climate literacy, supporting the objectives of the Preparedness Union Strategy.

• HORIZON-CL5-2026-07-D1-05: Improving climate and weather models for Africa

Project results are expected to contribute to all of the following expected outcomes:

·         Improved quality and performance of weather and climate models over Africa, tailored to the continent’s needs, enabling more effective adaptation actions and disaster risk response strategies, and informing the implementation of the international dimension of the EU Adaptation and Preparedness Union Strategies, the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction, the Nairobi Declaration and the Team Europe Initiative on Adaptation and Resilience in Africa;

·         Enhanced provision of weather predictions and climate projections that enable African communities to more effectively respond to the escalating impacts of climate change, contributing to the objectives of the AU-EU Partnership on Climate Change and Sustainable Energy;

·         African climate research is bolstered, supporting the development of the next generation of climate scientists. There is reduced reliance on external expertise, increased representation of African science and scientists in international bodies such as the IPCC and UNFCCC, and enhanced African contribution to global climate initiatives such as CMIP, CORDEX and ISIMIP.

The EU must act decisively to close the innovation gap with other world regions by enabling more commercial successes based on its scientific excellence. While Europe generates world-class research, European deep tech startups often struggle to scale into global champions. The European Startup & Scaleup Hubs (ESSH) pilot will address this structural weakness by creating a connected network of Europe’s leading and emerging startup supporting structures, embedded in innovation ecosystems that bring together universities, research and higher education institutions, research and technology organisations, corporates, entrepreneurs and investors, while also encouraging these hubs to expand their activities.

The action aims to pilot a network of around 10-18 ESSHs — highly capable startup and scaleup hubs deeply integrated with leading research, technology and higher education institutions and strong track records in venture building, scaling, and investment attraction as well as providing entrepreneurial education. These hubs shall collaborate across borders to:

• Open their ecosystems to non-local startups, enabling scaling through access to talent, corporates, capital, infrastructure, facilities and mentoring.

• Foster shared infrastructure and expertise, including access to labs, facilities, research departments, and innovation services.

• Support pan-European startup development, for both local and network-partner startups, including EIC-supported ventures, by connecting startups to relevant services of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), EU industry cluster organisations, European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH), Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) of the European Institute of Innovation and technology (EIT) and other EU, national, regional or local instruments.

• Bridge regional gaps by integrating less-connected hubs into the network via mentoring, shared services, and capacity building.

Η Σύμπραξη αναμένεται να προσεγγίσει ολιστικά τις βιοϊατρικές, οικονομικές και κοινωνικές προκλήσεις στον τομέα της υγείας του εγκεφάλου στην Ευρώπη και παγκοσμίως, στοχεύοντας σε συνεργατικές και καινοτόμες λύσεις για τη διατήρηση και τη βελτίωση της υγείας του εγκεφάλου, καθώς και στην πρόληψη, τη διάγνωση και τις θεραπείες για νευρολογικές και ψυχικές διαταραχές. Ο γενικός στόχος είναι η υλοποίηση μιας ευρωπαϊκής σύμπραξης για την προώθηση της παγκόσμιας υγείας του εγκεφάλου και την ενίσχυση της ευημερίας των ατόμων που ζουν με νευρολογικές και ψυχικές παθήσεις.

Στο πλαίσιο της Ευρωπαϊκής Σύμπραξης EP BrainHealth ανακοινώθηκε η δημοσίευση των πρώτων δύο κοινών προσκλήσεων  για την υποβολή προτάσεων για τη συγχρηματοδότηση ερευνητικών έργων από τους 36 οργανισμούς χρηματοδότησης Ε&Κ, οι οποίοι προέρχονται  από τα 30 κράτη που συμμετέχουν στην προκήρυξη.

Για τον πρώτο έτος 2026 οι 2 κοινές ευρωπαϊκές προκηρύξεις (Joint Transnational Calls,) αφορούν τις παρακάτω θεματικές:
